The last week has seen over 3,700 edits to the Ingenium data community. A major area of focus this week has been data on the NHS and the wider healthcare sector.
The NHS has been an increasingly difficult sector to contact over the last year or so, due to factors ranging from increased cyber-security fears in the wake of the WannaCry attack, to changes to NHS contact information. However, Ingenium remains the most comprehensive source of NHS and healthcare contact data, including every NHS organisation in the UK. Our aim is to include full contact details for every decision-maker in the NHS – something our continual data updates help with.
Our updates this week include:
> 311 new contacts added to our community, including people in roles such as Head of Procurement, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Medicine Management and Director of Compliance & Governance
> 111 outdated contacts removed
> 76 changes to job function, meaning contacts can be targeted based on role rather than job titles, which can vary across organisations

The last week has seen just short of 1900 edits made to the Ingenium data community, with notable areas including Central Government and Secondary Schools continuing to see major updates. However, we’ve also focused on updating many details in the Police sector.
Policing can be a difficult sector to contact, due to details often not being readily available in the way they may be for governmental departments. The Police section of our data community aims to cover every decision-maker in UK Policing, including Police & Crime Commissioners’ offices, local constabularies and national bodies. In Ingenium over the last week, we’ve updated 231 details for contacts across the Policing sector. Updates include, among others:
> Removing 34 outdated or no longer relevant contacts
> Editing 27 contacts’ job functions
> Re-confirming 49 contacts are still accurate
What’s more, we’ve added 101 entirely new contacts, including such senior decision-makers as
> The Director of Legal Services, Head of Human Resources and Head of Serious & Organised Crime for the police force for one of the UK’s largest metropolitan areas
> The HR Director and Head of Digital Strategy for the UK’s biggest police force
> The Director of IT and Head of Change for the police authority responsible for overseeing one of the UK’s four nations.

In just the last week, we’ve made over 16,90 edits to our Ingenium database, covering the gamut of the UK Public Sector. One particular area of focus has been Local Government. In the Local Government sector over the last week, we’ve

> added 70 new decision-maker contacts, including such roles as Head of Commercial IT, Head of Finance, Director of Commercial Strategy and Head of Development & Planning

Local Government can be a notoriously difficult area to work with. It can be hard to find the right person to contact, given how complex organisational structures can be and how high a turnover there can be in people’s job titles and roles. That’s why it’s so important to ensure your data is up-to-date. To learn how Ingenium can help put your message in front of the right people in Local Government, get in touch by emailing email@example.com, or give us a call on 0845 094 8567.
